Morning Bins: April

frogs and snails mini-erasers

Frogs on a log.

We've used these frogs before, and now I've added the cards. 

The cards get harder. There are three different levels.

Basic is shown below.

Some are missing the last frogs.

Some are different sizes.

They are Funtastic Frogs from the 1990's from Carson Dellosa.

Match the Caterpillar

Q-tip but I used them as pokey-pins.

I have this whole unit.

I can't remember which exactly unit it was in.

Magnatiles-

build on the floor or on our magnet board

Small group fishing for letters

I wrote letters on the glass beads, and I put that on blue paper for water.

We used metal-edged bingo chips

large bulletin board paper with

sn*wman shapes and the children 

sorted buttons

Paper punches

white colored pencils and crayons!

This is the closest I could find for these "ice blocks"

I received two sets, and I pulled out the red and yellow for fire safety.

I have orange and green for St Patrick's Day :)

Morning Bins November week 1

Here are our morning  bins:

pony beads and leaves on trees

They are found on Tara West's Fall unit

This was From the Pond

This is from Pocket of Preschool's Sports Unit.

Kids pick some words and try to spell and draw a photo.

This was my example:

My name book

They trace their first letter then write on their own.

On the back, they drew themselves.

I made a cover and popped them into a binder.
