March Morning Bins

Skittles Patterns... minus the Skittles,
I used beads instead.

I just die-cut shamrocks from white paper.
I hung on our tree with a pipe cleaner.

Scissor skills here.

Theme Words- we do this for each theme.
I save them for their portfolios.

March Morning Work

 I used these colorful 10-frame pop-its
tongs (two sets, so they can choose)
a color cube

These "puzzles" are from Bright Blocks.

This is supposed to be a paint rainbow, but we use pony beads.

Here is a FREE one on TPT.
This one is from HERE.

March Morning Bins

 March Morning Bins

I just free-handed this.
Their name goes by the heart.

Here's mine:

Our theme words:
Their age for the number of words.
Clearly, I am 5 :)

I found some papers online, and they had lines, so I went old school
and cut out the lines and glued the outer frame to another piece of paper.

I saw that someone had made these, but I was on a budget, so I made my own.
Those are just Unifix cubes.
Since selling anything Seuss is a HUGE no-no, it gets tricky to find something.
I searched for the creation on TPT without luck :(
If I ever get the files off my old computer, I will post them here.

Morning Bins: March Edition

Last week of March morning work:

We're cutting straws and watching them fly across the room lol

They are stinging them on plastic thread.

I added a tape flag on the top with their names.

When the kids are done, I tie the other end.

I made it super long, like a very long necklace.

The never-ending game.
I made foam dice from Dollar Tree
these only have 3 numbers 1-3 lol
Yes, they can count higher, I just wanted them to take more time.
I added tongs as well.

Y'all I have no idea where this cutie-patootie
frog came from! :(

The last morning bin are our theme words

This is a photo from our writing center.
I used a sheet from Pocket of Preschool for the page that the kids wrote on.

They write and illustrate 4 or 5 words.

March Morning Bins week 2

Pokey jumbo pins

I have zero knowledge of where I got these from.

I made the cards.
I made a spreadsheet with a single column,
then shaded one in.

I did old school and cut things out to make this paper.

We write and illustrate 4/5 words from our writing center.

All things Spring

Spring centers

Cup stack- always a hit!
I picked these cups up at Dollar Tree.

Geoboard challenge
Grab them here.

Playdough mats here.

Here are our pointers
rainbow tree and rainbow puff
frog and green star pointer
The frog thing is a watering can that holds our pointers :)

Leprechaun Brew from here.

Spring letter trace

rainbow patterns here

I drew a rainbow on butcher board paper.

They will match these frogs to the colors
on the rainbow.

Build the number here.

Raining Shapes here.

Our sensory bin.
I took strips of construction paper and wrapped packing tape around when I didn't have duct tape.

We celebrated Very Hungry Caterpillar day!!!

We did a scavenger hunt.
These "posters" came from Dollar Tree.
I think you're supposed to hang these up :)

We searched for all things red.
Then we talked about what was red- then we put them away.

We followed with orange

We rainbow wrote in small groups. Pip, IYKYK :)

We read letter of the day.
Read more HERE

This week's morning work:

Roll and trace from HERE.

Shamrock Color by Shape.

My students will find and put together these puzzles.

I may add dice and or tongs to this center.

Here's my updated rainbow name.
I wrote each of their names in
rainbow order with smelly markers.
