Winter Centers

Magnatiles-
build on the floor or on our magnet board

I wrote letters on the glass beads, and I put that on blue paper for water.
We used metal-edged bingo chips

large bulletin board paper with
sn*wman shapes and the children
sorted buttons

Paper punches
white colored pencils and crayons!

This is the closest I could find for these "ice blocks"

I received two sets, and I pulled out the red and yellow for fire safety.
I have orange and green for St Patrick's Day :)

Felt sets from Dollar Tree

Cookie cutters and play dough mats from Pocket of Preschool

I think the blue snowflake cups came from Dollar Tree too as
well as the dish to hold the spheres

Morning Work week 3

Here are our morning bins:

Last year, we had 4 rotations of bins which was perfect!!!! Four days of school, four sets of bins.  This year, I have to have 5 sets lol more children.  I used to prep and change them on Friday's, now it's a hot mess and I am always forgetting to change them. Y'all I wrote it on the calendar.... never looked at the calendar lol

I need to figure out some sort of system, it's almost the end of the semester lol

 Trace and erase!
Purchase them here.

These are pattern cards from here.
Snowmen, fox, and penguin erasers :)

These containers are from Dollar Tree.
Children roll a number cube and put that many erasers inside.

Penguin and penguin erasers of course!

Snowmen and a snowman!

These cards are from here
I split the cards up between three bins

one got these cute erasers
these drawers are from my chest of drawers
more on my storage here.

One got polar bear erasers

one got walruses :)

Here we have snowmen with pom poms.
Normally, I would have the kids sort them by color,
but this year, I wasn't going to sort out the pom-poms lol
Kids will use tongs to put the pom-poms on the snowflakes.

Week in Review: Winter Part 2

Here are our lacers:

We played with these seals...
this was sooooo difficult!

We played with them on the white board and in the water- sans iceberg lol

Here was our penguin...
note to self: press really really hard!

I know it's passed Christmas, but I never did share our Christmas sensory bin!

 Using our magnet board.

I got a new paper cutter for Christmas ;)
It's super light and very sharp.

Cube Roll

Winter Matching

I used these with our grabber.
We just grabbed and identified the numbers.

Count the snowmen.

Ice cube count and stack
I grabbed the cubes at Dollar Tree

I took an old CD case and added a spinner.
So easy!!!!!

Match letter to animal.

These were the science experiments that I grabbed from
Bullseye's Playground

I think we used it all up to make this.
