More May Bins and Journals

During our nursery rhymes unit, we also celebrated a birthday.

So we drew rectangles and added a flame.

We are making cakes today!
We talked about different lines we could
make on our cakes to decorate them :)

At the end of the lesson,
I ask if they want a

It's a smelly marker :)
pre-k through 5th graders love them!!

We practice writing our names each day.
Then today we made moons and I gave them each 4 star stickers.

May Morning Bins

We are kicking off a new unit- nursery rhymes- post coming next week.

Here are our morning bins this week:

Frogs on a log found HERE,

We are breaking out the glue bottles.

We use glue sponges for our everyday needs.

Just a dot sheet from HERE.

We are making letters with brown sticks (pipe cleaners)
Stay tuned for more Nursery Rhymes.

The end of the year means we are no longer tracing our names.
Each day we will trace our names in different ways.
After they trace that way, the teacher will stamp that line and use the next line the next day.
At the end of the week, they will be sent home.
Grab this set here.$
